against him. He shall be entitled to all the privileges of the club except voting and holding office. He shall not be subject to any initiation fee.
   Section 5. Members shall not have to give reasons for voting against an applicant.

ARTICLE VI
   Section 1. The officers of the club shall together with the faculty advisor constitute the executive committee who shall be vested with all the powers of the club during the intervals between the sessions thereof.

ARTICLE VII
   Section 1. Regular meetings of the club shall be held every Monday night at 7:45 P. M. at a designated place.
   Section 2. Special meetings may be called by the president at any time.
   Section 3. Every member is required to be present at three out of four meetings.
   Section 4. If absences continue the member may be subjected to such penalties as may be decided by open meeting of the club.
   Section 5. The number composing a quo-

rum shall be at least two-thirds of the membership of the club. Without a quorum the meeting may adjourn.

ARTICLE VIII
   Section 1. Each member of the club shall pay an initiation fee of fifty cents and monthly dues of twenty-five cents.
   Section 2. Dues shall be paid on or before the second meeting of each month.

ARTICLE IX
   Section 1. This constitution may be amended by a two thirds vote of all members present at any regular meeting of the club, provided one week's previous notice is given in writing to the president.

AMENDMENTS
   Article 1. The number composing a quorum shall be a majority of the membership of the club.

BY-LAWS
   Section 1. A program committee of five members shall be appointed by the president every ten weeks.
