Section 2. The duty of the vice-president shall be: a. To perform all the duties of the president in the absence of that officer.    Section 3. The duties of the secretary shall be: a. To take the minutes of all meetings of the club. b. To call the roll, noting members that are absent. c. To attend to the correspondence of the club not otherwise provided for. d. To perform such other duties pertaining to his office as may be required of him by the club.    Section 4. The duties of the treasurer shall be: a. To receive all money belonging to the club. b. To keep an account of all dues and of all receipts and expenditures. c. To collect dues and notify members who are in arrears. d. He shall make no payments without the signature of the president and written permission of the faculty advisor.

ARTICLE V    Section 1. Any male student of the Normal School who does not belong to any other male social organization may become a member of this club at any regular meeting.    Section 2. The membership of this club is limited to twenty-five members.    Section 3. Application for membership shall be submitted to the secretary, who shall in turn submit them to the president, in the order received: An applicant's name must be read at a meeting one week previous to the meeting at which his name is balloted upon. The votes on the candidate shall be by ballot. If not more than three votes appear against him, he shall be declared elected, and after signing the constitution, taking the oath of membership, and paying the initiation fee of fifty cents, he shall be announced by the president as an active member of the club.    Section 4. Any male member of the faculty who, is interested in this work may become an honorary member of this club by election provided three votes do not appear
